Enablers Of Success In Life And Business: A Cue From Hilda Baci's Cookathon & The Guinness World Record.

The Hilda Baci's Cookathon revealed the 4 categories of people that must be in the life of anyone who is on a mission to succeed. These people play very crucial roles in your journey to success.

They are:
1. The handlifters
Remember the story of how Israelites went in battle against the Amalekites? During the battle, as long as Moses' hand was lifted, the Israelites kept prevailing. But once he grows tired and his hands become weary, they begin to lose the battle. In order to keep his hand lifted, Aaron & Hur had to support the hand(s), and the victory happened in their favour.
These categories of people stick close to you as encouragers and pillars to lean on throughout your mission. They include your Coaches and Associates. In Hilda's case, Chef Sunny rightly fit into this mould. An amazing guy who played his role quite perfectly.
2. The Supporters (Support system):
You'll notice that leading out of the kitchen where Hilda did her cooking was a foyer that led to other parts of the apartment where she had quick baths, took brief rests, and probably grabbed bites/glucose/energy drinks to recuperate.
It is there you find this team. The members of this team are priceless and are highly instrumental to the overall success in view. There you find people like Hilda's Mum (family members could at times fit in as handlifters but in a professional setting, they mostly don't).
In there you'll also find her other Associates, trusted Friends, PR team, Tech team, her Caregivers, Store managers etc. Any smart person gunning for success will not joke with this category of people for any reason. They can make or mar the vision.
3. The Motivators:
You can possibly imagine Hilda starting the cookathon with a mix of doubt, anxiety and fear? Will this work out, or will it not? She probably arrived Amore gardens in Lekki just with her team.
But in few hours she raised her head to look through the cubicle and saw 50 heads, then 200 heads, then 2000 heads cheering her with music, dance, jokes and all round entertainment. It got to a point they were literally begging folks to stop coming over.
Imagine the prominent people who came around to encourage her - top celebrities, current and past state governors, and other notable figures she had always looked up to. That is premium motivation, and we all need it on our journey to success.
4. The Fans:
This occupies the larger part of the circle. Majority of the people here, you may never get to meet throughout your lifespan. But they also play a key role in your success. They are the little drops that make your ocean mighty. Can you imagine the feeling when Hilda was cooking and she was been shown the astronomical growth happening to her instagram and other social media handles? That motivation in itself is astounding!
Do you thirst for business success, financial success, career success, or ministerial success? Then be deliberate about how you build up each of these categories.
